The Systems Work Ticket Database is an online form that staff could fill out to submit any computer or IT problems they may have.  Users could fill out a quick form where they can select their name, or they can log into the system for a more customized look and feel.

Work Tickets

This the quick form used by most staff. Staff would select their name, and fill out the work ticket problem.

Work Tickets

If staff log into the system, their name is automatically selected. If staff is from the Systems Department, there is also an option to assign the work ticket to a person as well as the status of the work ticket.

Systems Department staff have a view of all work tickets assigned to them. Regular staff will see all work tickets they entered into the database.

This is a list view of all the work tickets that were last updated. Pink means the ticket is New (open), Blue is Reviewed, and White is Closed.
